Christina Yau is Managing Director at Dresden Green Consulting, where she advises clients on senior executive search and leadership assessment across the Commerce, Technology and Financial Services sectors in Asia Pacific.

 

She brings more than 20 years of experience across executive search, talent acquisition and senior HR leadership. Christina has worked with global and regional organisations on leadership hiring, succession, organisational capability and talent strategy, giving her a practical understanding of both client-side decision making and the executive search process.

 

Prior to joining Dresden Green Consulting, Christina held senior HR and talent acquisition roles at AIA, Lane Crawford, Cisco Systems and Motorola across Hong Kong, Greater China and Asia Pacific. Earlier in her career, she worked at Korn Ferry International, where she focused on Telecommunications and Technology search assignments across Greater China.

 

Christina’s combination of corporate HR leadership and executive search experience enables her to assess senior talent with strong commercial judgment, organisational sensitivity and a clear understanding of leadership fit.

 

Christina was born in Hong Kong and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
