Before joining Dresden Green, she held various talent acquisition, recruiting operations and recruiting governance leadership positions in top tier financial institutions; working as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders spanning across geographies.

Dennis joins Dresden Green Consulting as a Director bringing with him two decades of experience across banking and talent acquisition. Dennis' recruitment focus is on C-suite and senior level hires in Fintech as well as private banking & wealth management, retail banking as well as corporate & commercial banking. His previous career involved multifaceted roles for both global and regional banks before pivoting into the executive search industry in 2011.
