Susan Chua is a Founding Member of Dresden Green Consulting and leads the firm’s Singapore office. With more than 30 years of experience across asset management and private banking, she is a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, and senior leaders on leadership and succession in Asia.

 

Susan began her career with DBS Bank before moving into asset management, and later spent 13 years at Citi Private Bank in senior product and strategy roles, including with the Global Strategy Team in New York. She subsequently held leadership positions at RBS Coutts and BSI/EFG Bank, where she guided the build-out of wealth management services, investment teams, and post-merger integration.

 

Her search practice focuses on asset and wealth management, investments, and alternatives, where she brings deep institutional knowledge, global perspective, and regional execution expertise. She has passed all three levels of the CFA program and is also an alumna of the FT Non-Executive Directorship Diploma Program. Susan is fluent in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
